Upgrading
With a growing familiy, a dog, a cat, and mabye some goldfish you might feel as though the walls of this perfect little home are closing in on you. It's been just a few years since you first moved in and it's time to get out looking again. You can count on us for an honest opinion of what your home is worth, any comparison of prices of what similar homes sold for, or any information on communities you may be interested in, even if it is one out of state. I'll advise you of the subtle differences of each area.

Relocating
You might be forced to move because of a career change or you may want to move to enjoy warmer weather in Florida, either the case, we are extremely experienced in providing real estate services for your individual needs. Past clients of mine have put thier Rhode Island home up for sale with us while living in Maine, Florida, or even California. We can also take care of your home's maintainence while you are gone until closing. You have enough to deal with as it is so we try to take care of all the details here. We will even close for you, if you like, and send the money out to you.

Separation or Divorce
Separation or divorce is gradual process of healing and you're not given a lot of time to think. Having been through the experience myself, I am empathetic to what you are feeling and know what to expect so I can help allieviate as much stress as possible. I know you'll want to move things along rather quickly so I'll get you a good price and with a unique advantage in advertising, I'll get you the activity you'll want in no time.

There is so much more than selling houses and maintaining customers.
