About half of my business is generated from individuals, like you, who have lived in your home for decades. I can proudly say, I have had the opportunity to assist them in selling their most valued asset.

It is quite a unique situation having to move after years have passed and generations have come and gone. Because a large part of my business is dedicated to servicing people under these circumstances, my experience has given me much insight as to how important social ties are.

I can imagine the condition you have kept your home over the years, always wiping your feet before you came through the door, or polishing your silver because you had guests on their way over.  You have the utmost respect for your home and it can be unnerving to think of what may become of it after you move.

Growing up I´ve always been involved with residents in my neighborhood - from helping my father run his convenience store to working in the area´s senior center - and now, fifteen years as the area´s top agent, I continue to give back to those people that made this our community.
